Personality

Konan is everything a mighty queen should be. She is extremely intelligent, having knowledge ranging from the right public image to battle strategies.

She is also very proud. She does not enjoy bending to others, but she knows that sometimes it can be for the better. She also knows how to manipulate people to get what she wants.

Konan also has a great love for the arts, as she has ever since she was young. The arts allow her an escape from the brutal reality that she has little patience for. Speaking of patience, it is something she doesn't have very much of. She is simply very good at playing it off. Everything about her attitude leads to being a very good actress, such as she can't stand people, but she has an amazing public appearance.

Konan is also very loyal toward her people, and she has promised herself she would bring them back to their former glory.

History

Konan is from an extremely large tribe of Gaul. In this tribe, she was born of their nobility.

Despite being a queen, Konan was not raised to be some frilly princess. Konan was brutally aware of the cruelties of the world at a young age.

She was raised mostly by her tutors, her father and mother far too busy with other business. Her father was never very fond of her, always wishing for a son. All the same, she was raised to be a ruler. She was taught much of religion, politics, and just about anything else a ruler could possibly need to know. She also taught much about battle, much to her mother's chagrin.

Her father fought for her to find a husband to rule, but she defied him until his death. After which, Konan took over as ruler, as her mother was not qualified, and Konan would not dare allow her father's advisers to take over.

She served on the thrown for many years, and the people were happy under her. The people prospered. Then the Romans appeared to conquer Gaul. She knew her tribe did not stand a chance against the great army of Julius Caesar, so she surrendered. She was allowed to keep a high status in the Roman Empire.

For now, Konan plans on living among the Romans as she is allowed. However, she does plan to one day bring her people back to their former glory.
